It's hard as a mother to find time to do things for yourself. This class is catered to moms, while baby (or toddler) is your sidekick and not the other way around!
President of Sensei Fitness, Samantha Florio, is designing the classes to welcome all fitness levels to the low impact classes.
A leader of RI's Babywearing group, Kanagamamas, will be there to make certain you and your baby are safely using the carriers.
Bring your own carrier or rent one from the Kangamamas lending library for $5 per class.
Carriers are required for this babywearing fitness class.

Oct 7th is the start of International Babywearing Week!!
During this class, it will be FREE and we will be running a babywearing DANCE class! Looking forward to working up a sweat and dancing the morrning away with all our moms and kids.
