Bootcamp Class Schedue

Classes consist of exercises taken from a variety of styles such as: calisthenics, martial arts, muscle endurance, plyometrics, and sports based.  A mixture of skill building and circuit training makes for a fun and challenging experience.  Beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class by modifying intensity of the session.  

All classes begin on time and are 45 minutes in duration.  Please be prepared to come to class 10 to 15 minutes before we start so you can stretch out.
